Follow simple steps to add nice looking featured post blogger widget :
Step 1: Sign in your blogger account. Then go to Dashboard –> Layout –> Add a Gadget — > HTML/JavaScript.

Step 2: Copy and paste following code in the HTML/JavaScript widget.

Step 3: Find the featured label in your blog post. Then replacefeatured in the above code with the featured label like (happiness) in below picture.
IF want to find out featured label widget Dashboard –> Layout –> Add a Gadget — > Label, then set following settings and save it.
